Information
It is located at 34, Archibishop Kyprianou Street, in the space where the old Town Hall was housed, which has been restored to promote culture. It consists of the renovated building, where public spaces are available for rent, as well as the new building, in which the Municipal Library is housed. In the building, there are necessary facilities for people with disabilities as well as parking places.
In the renovated building, rooms can be used as lecture halls for seminars, exhibitions, musical events, book presentations and other related events.

Α. Restored Building
Two multi-purpose halls, with a capacity to host 60 to 70 people per room, with the necessary technical equipment for organizing seminars, lectures, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, films showings, as well as alternative theatrical and musical performances.
Foyer, (glass-paneled area), which is available for small exhibitions (the works are placed in special panels).
Cocktail room, with a capacity of 60 to 70 people for organizing cocktails for seminars, lectures, conferences and other events held in the multipurpose rooms.
Conference room, with a capacity of 14 people.
Β. New Building
It houses the Municipal Library of Strovolos, which is a modern library. It offers several services to the readers and participates in the cultural events of the Municipality with various events and activities, book presentations, book exhibitions, lectures, educational programs, publications.
The collection of the library includes 38,500 book volumes, a small number of audiovisual material and has about 6,673 members of all ages.
It has the following sections:
- Child – Adolescent Section, with a reading room (ground floor)
- Adult Section, with a reading room (1st floor)
- Multimedia Section, with four computers and free internet access for use by the public (ground floor)
- Storage Room for books (basement)
- Event Room (basement)

C. Infrastructure for People with Special Needs
In order to facilitate the accessibility and the use of the premises and facilities of the Cultural Center by people with disabilities, there is an elevator, which allows access to the spaces. Parking spaces are also available, marked for use by people with moving disabilities.
